Life purpose coaching is a collaborative process where we work together to gain clarity into your unique purpose and create actionable steps for personal growth.

We do this step-by-step by delving into relevant areas of life, for example your passions & interests, talents & skills, major influences, personality type, and synchronicities. We work with numerous powerful exercises, such as a timeline of your life-changing experiences, and homework is assigned between sessions, such as journaling prompts.

I’ll guide you through the process, but the inner work is yours to do. This means you’ll actively engage in self-reflection and stay open to new perspectives and insights. Together, these will help you uncover a deeper sense of purpose, greater daily joy, and personal fulfillment.

I am certified by Transformation Academy and am currently working toward my Master Coaching certification. I am dually certified as both a Life Purpose Life Coach and a Happiness Life Coach.

Before specializing in life purpose coaching, I focused on helping women develop business ideas that aligned with their personal values and translated them effectively into the online world.

With over two decades of high-level marketing experience, I have worked as a private consultant for small businesses and held senior marketing positions in creative fields, notably in the film business.

My philosophy is that you are the expert in your own life, and I’m here to guide you toward clarity and action. This journey requires vulnerability and bravery, and those are qualities I deeply respect! My talent lies in honing in on a person, dream, or idea and helping it grow and expand outward.

It's a mistake to assume that a coaching is just another word for getting advice -- my job is not to make decisions for you or tell you what to do but rather to guide you in making your own informed choices, to realize beautiful and profound things about yourself, and to develop a capacity for greater joy and greater meaning.

My focus is on empowering you to make confident decisions to create the life you want.

Upon payment, you'll be provided with the next steps and a link to schedule through my calendar.

Sessions are typically held weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your preference and availability. Re-Scheduling is possible through the member portal, and you can find the times that work best for you.

I currently offer a select number of evenings and weekend slots if weekdays are not possible for you.

Yes. You have two payment options:

Most flexibility:

Your investment is 3300$ charged in 3 consecutive monthly payments of 1100$.

Most affordable:

If you'd rather pay in full at the start, your investment is 3000$.

You can choose the option that suits you best when you receive the payment link at the start of your project.

The short answer is no.

The more detailed answer: Private mentorship demands a lot time and energy from both sides. Entering into this experience with an attitude of, ‘if it doesn’t work out, I’ll just get a refund’ is counterproductive from the start since in this process, as it is with most new endeavours, a positive mindset makes all the difference. If you join with an open-minded, grateful outlook and are excited about your growth ahead, then that is exactly what you’ll experience!
